The situation of older workers at the labour market is very complicated. Current Europe faces the rising unemployment of older workers and many potential employers have ageist assumptions against them. Therefore the aim of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the skills and competencies of older workers on the European labour market. The objective is through the exchange of good practices between private and not for profit entities to come up with the methodology and training module which will address the needs of the current labour market for the citizens 50+ and provide the basis for other educating centres and organisations with regard to the education of the older workers.
